If you have weak nails or if they break easily or have any sort of discoloration, it may be a sign of nutritional deficiency or disease.

Having strong, healthy nails is beneficial, they add to your overall look and keep your skin protected. Women get their nails done often, for them it becomes important to have strong and healthy nails, otherwise, no matter how much you decorate them, it won’t last or look good. Maintain a good nutrition-packed diet that fulfills your body’s nutritional needs. It is important to meet your body’s needs and keep it good inside and out.

Drink enough water, as it helps in flushing out toxins and helps the nutrients to get absorbed properly.

Always wear gloves while doing chores as you may use chemicals or expose your nails to water for too long which isn’t good for nails.
